JP Pemapsorn’s “Above & Beyond” Debuts at Alexgust Gallery with Poetry by Carl Piaf

This June, abstract artist JP Pemapsorn opens her latest exhibition Above & Beyond at Alexgust Gallery, located on the 2nd floor of MMAD at MunMun Srinakarin. Known for her emotionally resonant sculptural paintings, JP Pemapsorn’s newest body of work introduces layered, textured surfaces created from clay, acrylic, and iridescent materials.

What makes this exhibition especially unique is her collaboration with poet Carl Piaf, whose introspective poetry is woven throughout the show. His verses accompany key works, providing a poetic counterpoint to JP Pemapsorn’s visual language. Together, the artists explore themes of inner growth, emotional silence, and the courage to rise.

“In Above & Beyond, I wanted to explore the quiet strength that comes from letting go and moving forward,” says JP Pemapsorn. “Carl’s poems gave voice to that journey in a beautiful way, they echo what the forms are trying to say.”

Open daily from 11 A.M. to 7 P.M. throughout June, this exhibition invites visitors to slow down, reflect, and connect with art and poetry in dialogue. Whether through texture or text, Above & Beyond reaches into the spaces where transformation begins.
